FAQs
Are you taking on NHS patients?
Since 2004 we have only provided dental care on the NHS for under 18s.
Over 18s are seen privately
When should my children be seen?
We generally recommend that young children attend as soon as you are able to
bring them. It is best that they observe (eg a check up) so that they get used to
the noises and clinical smells. After a couple of visits, they will normally be keen
to get involved, and allow us to have a look.
How much will treatment cost?
Costs vary, according to the materials used, and the time taken, but you will
always be advised of any suitable options, and the associated costs beforehand.
What if I have an emergency?
Plan Members will normally be seen on the same day, if you call before we close. If away from home, or
at weekends, Plan members are covered by our insurance for the cost of a call out fee for a dentist to deal
with the problem. More info...CLICK HERE.
How do I join the Practice Plan?
We ask you to fill in a medical questionnaire and a registration document, which includes a direct debit
mandate. Once you have paid the registration fee....that's it!

What happens if I move away and need to cancel my membership?
There is no contract to fulfil, so you are free to cancel at any time. Simply inform us, and cancel the
direct debit with your bank.
Can I be a Pay-as-you-go-patient?
We do have a number of these patients, but currently we are only taking on new Plan Members.
Others will be placed on a waiting list, and contacted only when space permits, as priority is given to
Plan Members. Mr Domoney will not take any more PAYG patients.
Wheelchair access ?
Anyone arriving by taxi,or in a motorised scooter is welcome to use our own
wheelchair, to save bringing their own.
Please ring the front door bell for assistance, or telephone before an appointment
to ensure you have help as and when you need it.
Any further questions?
Just ask! Please phone, email, ask the dentist, or call in to ask
reception, and we will aim to answer any questions quickly.
Alternatively fill in the reply box just to the right of here.
